In an exclusive interview with Attractions Magazine, Disney legend Andreas Deja said Villains Land at the Magic Kingdom is going to “extraordinary.” You can read what Deja told the established outlet below:

Deja, who is working with Walt Disney Imagineering on the project, couldn’t say much to Attraction Magazine about the upcoming Magic Kingdom land. However, he say this about it:
“I really can’t say much about it other than that’s it’s not a ride, it’s a land. There are several things that are going to happen there. It takes over a huge space.”

Back in 2024, Disney confirmed that a Villains Land would replace Rivers of America and go beyond Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. The land will be home to “two major attractions, dining, and shopping on an incredibly twisted grand scale.”
Since we missed the announcement, lets delve into more details about the Disney Villains-themed land. Well, the details that are currently available.
Lurking in the far corner of the below concept art is what appears to be a roller coaster track, possibly Maleficent-themed. Could this be a subtle hit at one of the land’s two attractions? Who knows!
