IT’S OFFICIAL! Disney has today confirmed that Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin at the Magic Kingdom will reopen in spring 2026, following its extensive refurbishment.
During the refurbishment, which started in August 2025, Disney redesigned ride vehicles, upgraded blasters, and so much more*.
Disney hasn’t given a specific opening date, but the Tomorrowland attraction will return in spring 2026 with all new elements in place.
