The first Notice of Commencement (NOC/permit) for Universal’s Epic Universe (Epic Universe) first expansion project since opening has been filed.
The NOC lists Baker Barrios Architects as the contractor, with the work described as “Professional Services.” The permit has an expiration date of the 31st December, 2028.
Behind the Thrills discovered the permit and posted it on X approximately one hour ago (see in the screenshot below).
Universal Orlando recently confirmed “exciting additions” are coming to Universal’s Epic Universe after a recently filed permit suggested Universal Orlando are moving forward with plans for Epic Universe’s first expansion (find out more here).
