As you can see in the above video, the firefighter was helping guests off the boat they were riding before the incident. He takes several steps back after helping a guest and lands into the water.

Since it was uploaded on the social media platform, the video has had almost 150,000 views (148.8k to be precise) and over 18,000 likes. We can safely assume either Disney or DFD colleagues offered/provided the firefighter with a change of clothes.
