A Notice of Commencement (NOC/permit) was filed this week for an address which matches the Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room at Magic Kingdom.

The permit lists PCL Construction (PCL) as the assigned contractor, with an expiration date of 4th November, 2026. Work is being described as “general construction.” Facilities Asset Management (FAM) own the permit, and not Walt Disney Imagineering.

According to WDWMagic, the permit points to facility or infrastructure work rather then anything show-related. PCL is a one of Disney’s largest construction partners and appear often on large-scale projects. That’s what makes this permit interesting.

Disney has yet to announced any scheduled downtime for Enchanted Tiki Room. Stay tuned for further updates.
