A guest found a bolt in the salad she purchased at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café at the Magic Kingdom.
The guest, known as @meggs99 on TikTok, posted a video of the bolt in the salad on the social media platform approximately 48 hours ago. You can watch the 13-second video @meggds99 posted below:

As you can see in the above video, the bolt appears to be covered in salad dressing. Lucky @meggs99. We have no idea on how that would get there.
24 hours ago, @meggs99 posted a video giving an update on the situation. You watch and read what she said below:
“Hey guys! I got a lot of comments asking for some kind of update. People [had] asked where I was eating. I was at Cosmic Rays at Magic Kingdom. Basically, just tell you the short story of it. I got my salad and ate about half of it, noticed like there was metal at the bottom of the salad.
Poked it around with my fork to uncover that there was a bolt at the bottom of it. I brought it up to a Cast Member, she seemed absolutely appalled. She tried to take the salad away from me, I held onto it until she brought over the manager.
The manager kind of took down all my information. She refunded my whole meal and then she offered me one lighting lane. In addition, I also filed a formal complaint with guest relations, and I’m waiting to hear back from them to see what happens next.”
