Approximately three hours ago, Reddit user u/Consistent-Honey-603 posted a video of guests (including himself) stuck on Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry at Universal’s Epic Universe.

The video was posted in a thread on the fan-run Universal’s Epic Universe community page on the social media platform.
u/Consistent-Honey-603 started the thread ‘Ministry of Magic Ride Stuck’ by posting the video and the following:
“We were in the Ministry of Magic ride and suddenly everything stopped and all the lights and screens turned off. Thankfully the lights in the “elevator” itself turned back on so we wouldn’t be in the dark. It took about 15 minutes to get us off the ride and after they got the ride going again only for it to stop a second time immediately afterwards,, then after a few more minutes it finally moved around through the now eerily quiet, pitch black building and dropped us off.
I will say that this is probably the most over-the-top theme park ride I’ve been on and it was great until it broke. It really sucked because we had basically been waiting all day to go on it. By the time the line was finally manageable it was about 7:00pm. After an hour and a half wait, it was already like 8:50pm by the time they got us off the ride. The staff gave us some express passes and told us they would not be doing “rerides” because they weren’t sure how long the ride was going to take to fix.”
