Stay tuned as this is a developing story. According to a post on Reddit, a medical emergency occurred in Dark Universe at Universal’s Epic Universe last night (Tuesday 14th October, 2025).
FYI: The information was posted in a thread on the fan-run Universal Orlando community page on the social media platform.
Approximately seven hours ago, u/SensitiveRhubarb14 started the thread ‘Darkmoor incident’ with the following:
“My friend and I went on Curse of the Werewolf right before the park closed tonight [Tuesday 14th October, 2025], and they [Team Members] were frantically trying to escort us out to the portal. When I was wondering why, we saw a man on the ground, being resuscitated. One of the scariest things I’ve ever witnessed. Hope he’s alright and sending my thoughts and prayers to him and his family.”

Four hours ago, u/itotally69bro started the thread ‘Was anyone at Dark Universe around close tonight?’ with the following:
“I went by there right before the fountain show just to takea pic of the tavern fans on fire. But on the way there towards the portal entrance there was a bunch of medics around and [Team Members] trying to resuscitate this old man with a breathing mask and doing CPR. I asked a lady watching if the man was okay but apparently he wasn’t breathing and he was also there alone.
I didn’t want to crowd the area more than it was already was so I went to the tavern but by the bathrooms on the way a mess of security and employees came screaming at everybody to leave towards the back of Dark Universe and that nobody can come towards the entrance and they were yelling and having a ton of flashlights in our face. I hope that the man is okay but the way they were acting made it seem like they needed us out fast and makes me super worried about that man.”
