Lets get straight to it! Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) deputies were called to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort after reports of a guest behaving intoxicated.
The guest was instructed to pack her belongings and leave after Disney requested she would be formally trespassed from the property.
What should have been a simple removal quickly escalated into something more chaotic. You can watch the incident unfold in the video below:
As you can see in the above video, OCSO has redacted portions of the bodycam footage. According to Body Cam Stories, police bodycam recordings cannot show the inside of a private hotel room under Florida law for privacy reasons.
What happened inside the room is unknown. However, according to the official OCSO arrest report (via Body Cam Stories), the guest shoved her mother against the wall during this time.
According to court records (via Body Cam Stories), the suspect pleaded not guilty. The same month, the suspect’s mother filed a statement saying she did not want to press charges.
