According to the Orange County Clerk Court Records (OCCCR), a lawsuit has been filed by a guest who suffered serious injuries after her foot became caught in netting at Universal’s Volcano Bay (Volcano Bay).
The woman’s complaint says she sustained “serious bodily injuries” when she suddenly and without warning tripped and fell due to her foot being caught in netting blocking the walkway to Volcano Bay waterslide.
One of the allegations is that it was Universal failed to maintain the premises in a reasonably safe condition. The guest has demanded a jury trial.
Fay O. Pappas, Esquire (Morgan & Morgan, P.A., For The People) initiated the case on the 3rd October, 2025 , according to the OCCCR. Stay tuned for further updates.
