Approximately eight hours ago, X user @bioreconstruction posted photos which shows the waterfall in The Lost Continent at Universal’s Islands of Adventure (Islands of Adventure/IOA) has been “shut off.”

With that being said, let’s take a look at the photos @bioreconstruct posted. It’s safe to suggest this could be the start of the land’s end.

Towards the end of last month, construction walls which were erected in The Lost Continent were removed. It’s unclear what the construction walls were for. However, we can assume that they were erected for the maintenance project on The Lost Continent bridge.

“Construction activity” in The Lost Continent is set to start in the coming months. The original demolition permit for the “construction activity” was cancelled and refiled under a new permit. A screenshot of the new permit emerged online via Orlando Park Stop’s newest article (read here).

Latest speculation suggests that Pokémon could be coming to Islands of Adventure, replacing The Lost Continent. Stay tuned for further updates.
