According to Orlando Park Stop’s Alicia Stella, several rumours suggest that Mythos Restaurant (Mythos) at Universal’s Islands of Adventure (Islands of Adventure/IOA) could “close for good” in early 2026.
“Some rumors have had Mythos closing for good as soon as early next year, at least in its current form. Universal has not yet confirmed its closure, but not closing it until at least after the busy holiday season would make sense.”

We agree with Stella’s comment on keeping Mythos open until the busy holiday season is over.
Should the rumours be true, that means that fan-favourite restaurant is part of the “construction activity” set to start in The Lost Continent in the coming months. In case you’re unaware, Mythos is located in The Lost Continent.
