We must stress we don’t know why it was running and it remains closed. Video of Stardust Racers cycling at Universal’s Epic Universe two days after the death of guest found unresponsive after riding has come to light.

As you can tell by the type of footage, it would appear the video was captured by a local news station’s live weather camera. The video was captured at approximately 3:03am this morning, Friday 19th September, 2025.

WESH 2 News were the first to report that multiple blunt impact injuries had been ruled the cause of death for the guest found unresponsive on Stardust Racers at Universal’s Epic Universe on Wednesday night (17th September, 2025).

According to the Orange County Medical Examiner (via WESH 2 News), the manner of death has been ruled an accident. 32-year-old Kevin Rodriguez Zavala was found unresponsive after riding Stardust Racers, according to Universal Orlando officials.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) revealed off-duty deputies responded to a “man down” call at Epic Universe on the 17th September, 2025. Zavala was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
