WESH 2 News are tonight reporting that multiple blunt impact injuries have been ruled the cause of death for the guest found unresponsive on Stardust Racers at Universal’s Epic Universe yesterday.
According to the Orange County Medical Examiner (via WESH 2 News), the manner of death has been ruled an accident.
According to Universal Orlando officials, 32-year-old Kevin Rodriguez Zavala was found unresponsive after riding Stardust Racers.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) revealed off-duty deputies responded to a “man down” call at Epic Universe last night. Zavala was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
