According to a rumour posted on WDWMagic forum, Fast & Furious – Supercharged and the surrounding area Universal Studios Florida “could be rethemed” to Back to the Future.
“My understanding is the next thing after the FF [Fast & Furious] coaster replacing RRR [Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit] is a Back to the Future re-do of the FF [Fast & Furious[ aera. I could be wrong.”

Len Testa, President of Touring Plans, posted the above rumour back in April 2025. However, this rumour was brought to our attention by Alicia Stella’s newest Orlando Park Stop article.

Going by Testa’s post, we can assume Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit (HRRR) will be replaced by “east coast version of Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift.”
Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift is currently under construction at Universal Studios Hollywood and is set to open next year. Stay tuned for updates (including HRRR coverage).
