Watch the moment two guests are escorted off Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland Park in the video below.

As you can see in the above video, one of the guests involved is sitting next to one of the animatronics on Pirates of the Caribbean.
The same guest can be seen speaking and gesturing to the other guest involved. We can safely assume that the moment the guests getting out of the boat was not filmed.
Six seconds into the 50-second video, a Cast Member can be heard warning the guests not to get back into boat. You can read what the Cast Member said below:
“Please stay where you are and do not attempt to get back in the boat. A Cast Member will be with you shortly.”
14-seconds into the video, a Cast Member can be seen approaching the guests to escort them off.
