As mentioned in the above caption, The Burning Blade Tavern is located in Dark Universe at Epic Universe. According to Orlando Park Stop’s Alicia Stella, the windmill of quick service dining location will catch fire throughout the day.
The windmill on fire is inspired by the original Frankenstein film, according to Stella. You can watch another video of the fire effect being tested below:
