A fight involving multiple women at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay was caught on camera and posted on social media.
The video was posted by TikTok user @themeparkmagik approximately 20 hours ago. The incident was brought to our attention by X user @jake_coasters earlier today.

As you can see towards the end of the above video, two women were striking each other before several more women got involved. A security officer for the park can be seen trying to intervene.
A @themeparkmagik follower shared what he witnessed in a video that the TikTok user posted (watch below):
Tampa Police Department were in attendance, according to a Facebook post by user Kimberly Anders. However, it would appear she wasn’t impressed by their response. You can read her post below:
“Shame on you Tampa Police Department for doing absolutely nothing about someone pulling a gun out in a crowd in Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Not to mention doing nothing when4 girls were fist fighting inside the park just prior to that. I personally witnessed both incidents and they stood there and monitored. Absolutely no intent to get either situation handled. Bet it won’t even make it onto the news.”

The alleged incident involving a gun mentioned in the above post is the first we’ve heard about this. Stay tuned for further updates.

Update: According to a X post by user @CoasterCreature, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay did prepare for the “TeenTake Over” event even after the original organisers cancelled the event.
“Just need to go on record and say Busch Gardens DID prepare for this idiotic TeenTake Over EVENT after they supposedly cancelled the invasion. There were extra security staff and Tampa Police on property all day. The one video of one location going around with one guard is”

According to an anonymous source, a “copycat group” is looking to try the same again at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay on the 6th July, 2024.

We hope Busch Gardens Tampa Bay catches wind of this event and implements a chaperone policy because the behaviour we saw approximately 48 hours ago is unacceptable.

They wont do anything about it if it happens AGAIN. I just spoke about on my TT yesterday about the lack of security and how easy it would be to bring a gun in. This was before I learned about the melee just a couple days before. I gave a personal account on what happened in the security check point. I emailed BG and they have yet to get back to me.
