“This surely can’t be a bottle refill station in the [Seven Dwarfs Mine Train] queue!? Son saw this and sent this to me. He saw a kid drink from the [water] feature too. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t it just an interactive water feature to play in not drink though? Hope that water isn’t recycled and/or they have a good immune system.”

The water features in the queue of Seven Dwarfs Mine Train are designed to be interactive (video below), and not for refilling bottles.
We highly recommend that you don’t use the water features to refill your water bottles. A list of filling stations (for water bottles) at Walt Disney World can be found here (via WDWNT)
