Mickey Views has today published an article which suggests EPCOT’s Test Track will close for a “major update” in late July 2024.
“Friends of Mickey Views working at Test Track inside the Walt Disney World Resort, key Cast Members have been notified [that] the GM-sponsored pavilion will be closing for a major update in Late July of 2024.”

At this time, Disney hasn’t officially announced a closing date for iconic EPCOT attraction. Back in September 2023, Disney announced that Test Track would be reimagined. Stay tuned for further updates.
Once again, as with any kind of rumour, this information should be considered unofficial until Walt Disney World officially.
UPDATE
EPCOT’s Test Track will temporarily close on the 17th June, 2024. Disney has shared the following concept art:
The concept art above shows a sleek round façade with the canopy structure removed. Blue and purple lights illuminate the entrance of Test Track. A new marque sign stands in front of the entrance.
