A woman was seen swimming topless in the Sassagoula River at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside yesterday.
A video of the woman in and getting out of the water was posted in PortOrleans.org – Disney’s Port Orleans Resorts Facebook group by Christine Jacquelyn.

Whilst toplessness is not forbidden clearly, guests are not permitted to be in inappropriate or vulgar outfits in public spaces at Walt Disney World.
Cast Members told guests, who reported the woman, that there is no rule against swimming in the river. However, it’s not advised to swim in any bodies of water other than Walt Disney World Resort hotel pools.
