According to WDWNT, the complimentary package pick-up service at Universal CityWalk is no longer available for day guests.
Universal Orlando has offered the service for guests visiting the theme parks for some time. In case you didn’t know, the pick-up location was inside the Universal Studios Store at CityWalk. The photo below shows the pick-up location:
Before the CityWalk location, guests were able stop at either It’s a Wrap at Universal Studios Florida or Port Provisions at Universal’s Islands of Adventure to pick up the merchandise they purchased.
Essentially, the service would allow guests to shop at their own pace and go about their day at the parks without carrying all the extra bags. Please be aware that Universal Orlando still offer their hotel delivery service as well as a paid shipping service.
