Existing bar will be demolished. According to a permit filed by Universal Orlando recently, Chez Alcatraz bar at Universal Studios Florida will be completely remodelled.
The permit names Chez Alcatraz and describes it as a “remodel of an existing kiosk.” Demolition, concrete work, millwork, carpentry, drywall work, painting, plumbing, electrical work will be carried out, according to the permit.
At this time, it’s unclear when work will start. In case you didn’t know, Chez Alcatraz is located in the San Francisco section of Universal Studios Florida.
