YouTuber Kevin Heimbach has suggested in video uploaded seven days ago that the opening of Universal’s Epic Universe has been delayed.

“Is Epic Universe delayed for 2025? It’s looking like it. Now, Universal was given a timeframe of Summer 2025, that was what they were telling everyone [summer 2025 reiterated]. They released all this concept art today and summer has been completely removed and now it says coming 2025.”

Heimbach suggested that it could be opening in fall 2025. The YouTuber says it needs to be delayed from what he’s hearing. “They are not ready,” Heimbach said. You can read what he meant by that below:
“Every single person I’ve talked to who’s working on the project is just like nothing is going as they [planned]. Budgets keep expanding, stuff is not working, [and] the Team Members are now doing like test shifts. Let’s say they were at an attraction they are now at Epic Universe just kind of pushing a button trying to get the rides to work and none of the rides are really working so they’re all just kind of like frustrated. The engineers are frustrated, there is growing pains no opening goes as planned.”
