As you can see in the above video, Anaheim Police deputies had the man on his stomach on the floor in handcuffs. Undercover Disney Security surrounded the deputies so they could carry out the arrest.
The man in handcuffs was allegedly caught shoplifting at one of the stores at Downtown Disney. Stay tuned for possible updates.
