According to an X post by Universal Core (@Universal_Core), Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit at Universal Studios Florida may be closing permanently in 2025.

As you can read in the post above, a Minion-themed roller coaster similar to Fast & Furious Hollywood Drift (currently under construction at Universal Studios Hollywood) will replace Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit (HRRR). Stay tuned for possible updates.
FYI: Should this rumour come to fruition, it would be fair to assume/suggest that HRRR will be torn down completely.
