As you can see in the above video, a large piece of fireworks casing struck the top of the guest’s head. At this time, it’s unclear whether the guest suffered any injuries.
“@Walt Disney World you’ll be hearing from my lawyer,” the video’s caption says. This suggests to us that the guest may be taking legal action following the incident. Stay tuned for possible updates.
