Erick Elliott, Vice President of Engineering and General Services, has confirmed that the Skyride at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay (BGTB) will reopen “sometime” in December.

“You know, we’ve been working very hard to get the Skyride up. We know everyone, including myself, would love to have Skyride up and we’re working very hard to get the Skyride up so I can tell you. The Skyride will be going back up sometime [this December].”

The news was revealed at a private gathering for BGTB annual pass members.
According to Laughing Place, the Skyride closed back in 2020. When it was opened, the attraction offered guests a bird’s eye view of the animals and roller coasters at BGTB.
