He was almost trampled. Watch the moment a child runs into the Woody character at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in the video below.

As you can see in the above video, he goes to grab Woody’s leg whilst being escorted by Cast Members. Seconds after grabbing Woody’s leg, the child falls backwards and hits the ground. He also dropped a metal bottle.
Woody stumbles, however, he manages to stay on his feet. Cast Members (including a manager) helped the child up.
Going by the video, it would appear that the child didn’t suffer any injuries. However, this accident could have gone seriously wrong. It’s unclear where his parents were.
