You have to read it to believe it. A heavily intoxicated guest was arrested for causing a disturbance at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside last month.
The guest was offensively impolite to Cast Members, made a scene, and threw objects including a chair aimed at Orange County Sheriff’s deputies and Disney Security.
Jillian Dyehouse was charged with three misdemeanours for disorderly intoxication, trespass, and resisting an officer without violence, however, the charges were ultimately dropped (court documents show).
The incident occurred at 10:45pm on 5th September, when Disney Security called Orange County Sheriff’s Office for assistance, according to the arrest affidavit report.
Dyehouse “had made several false allegations of Resort staff of battering her and was now heavily intoxicated,” the report said. “Disney Security advised they would like deputies to assist in issuing a formal trespass and removing Jillian from the property.”
Other responding deputies lead Dyehouse back to her hotel room so that she could gather her belongings. Dyehouse was “noticeably intoxicated to the point that she was stumbling as she walked and was slurring her words,” the report said.
She began arguing loudly with deputies and Disney Security after having her formal trespass warning read and being told to leave.
“During the argument, Jillian began throwing items in the room as she packed, causing so much noise that it woke up guests in neighboring rooms, who opened their doors to see what was causing the commotion and asked to be moved to separate rooms for the night,” the report said.
The deputies kept trying to convince Dyehouse to gather her belongings without causing further disturbances. It’s worth pointing out that the deputies were talking to her at the time.
“Jillian got angry once again and intentionally threw a chair in the direction of deputies and Disney [Security] staff on scene, causing deputies to make contact with her in order to initiate an arrest for trespass after warning,” the report said.

Dyehouse was taken to Orange County Jail and booked. The Florida Department of Children and Families intervened because Dyehouse had her underage daughter with her. The child was then watched by a nearby family member, according to the report.
“From the investigation which has been made, it is the opinion of the writer that this case is not suitable for prosecution,” a recently filed No Information Notice said. “This action is taken to clear the records and to relate subject’s bond if any has been posted responsive to the above charge(s). If in custody, defendant should be released.
