According to Orlando Theme Park News, fireworks testing will take place overnight at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on multiple dates in November and October. Dates are as listed below (subject to change):
- 11th October, 2023
- 15th October, 2023
- 23rd October, 2023
- 24th October, 2023
- 9th November, 2023
The testing of pyrotechnics and other special effects will start at 11:00pm and end at potentially 1:00am. According to the established outlet, fireworks will be launched for approximately 15 minutes once the “show” starts.
It’s worth pointing out that audio testing will not be included. Listed below are the affected Walt Disney World Resort hotels:
- Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel
- Walt Disney World Swan Hotel
- Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
- Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
- Disney’s Beach Club Resort
- Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
- Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
- Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
- Disney’s Riviera Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
According to Orlando Theme Park News, the testing is related to the return of Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! nighttime spectacular. Stay tuned for possible updates.
