According to a post on Reddit, police responded to an incident in Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom this afternoon/early evening.
FYI: The information was posted in a thread on the fan-run Walt Disney World community page on the social media platform.
Approximately four hours ago, u/n3omancer started the thread ‘Avatar ride – sheriffs?’ with the following:
“Anyone know why the avatar ride has shut and the sheriff’s got escorted up to the entrance?”
At this time, this is all the information we have. We’re in the process of reaching out to Walt Disney World and Orange County Sheriff’s Office to find out more. Stay tuned as we investigate further.
