According to Inside Universal, Hogwarts Express will close on the 10th December, 2023. It will remain closed until the 16th December, 2023, according to the established outlet.
It’s highly likely that Hogwarts Express will reopen to guests on the 17th December, 2023 (depending on the refurbishment’s outcome). We can assume a standard refurbishment will take place.
