As you can see in the above video, he slid out of the seat and underneath the lap bar as soon as they went over the lift hill. You can hear his relative telling him to get back in his seat.
She can be seen holding his arm throughout the video, effectively ensuring his safety. At this time, it’s unclear if the child suffered any injuries. Stay tuned for further updates.

He clearly moved under the bar on purpose and she just kept filming. I wonder what they are asking for.
This is awful to show, and should not be reflected bad towards Disney. This was the child and parents fault! That child obviously slid down himself and did not hold on like told to do so, and if I was that mother I would have dropped the phone and grabbed him. Why was it so more important to record a ride, which should be illegal?? She knew he did it on purpose. Also, the little girl behind her they were with who was much smaller had no problem with the seat because she held on and the mom was holding her. That was either set up for a lawsuit or just pure stupidity.
