Universal Orlando Testing Guest Experience Support Kiosks

Universal Orlando are now testing a Guest Experience Support (GES) service with Team Members standing at kiosks throughout the parks who can help guests with their needs.

A WDWNT contributor met a GES Team Member in Universal’s Islands of Adventure. The Team Member had celebration buttons and maps at her kiosk in the Port of Entry section at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. The contributor needed help with their Express Pass.

This would appear to be Universal Orlando’s answer to Walt Disney World’s Guest Experience Team (kiosks included), which rolled out several years ago. In case you didn’t know, Cast Members would help guests with the My Disney Experience app, Magic Bands, and more at kiosks.

At this time, Guest Experience Support at Universal Orlando is in a testing period and the services they offer may change as they adjust to feedback.
