Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges at Universal’s Islands of Adventure has reopened after its planned annual refurbishment.
Construction walls were erected around the entrance of the attraction, however, they have now been taken down.
In case you didn’t know, the attraction closed for its refurbishment on the 25th February, 2022.
