Guests who have recently visited Walt Disney World are being sent a survey asking them about their experience of Disney Enchantment, the newest fireworks show at Magic Kingdom.
One question asked (including rating options*) can be read below:

Another question asked guests to compare their experience with Disney Enchantment to Wishes, the fireworks show that ran for almost 15 years.
The survey went into great detail about what aspects of the fireworks show guests found positive or negative.
It’s fair to say that Disney Enchantment has had a very mixed reaction since its debut. The fireworks show debuted as part of The World’s Most Magical Celebration in honour of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary.

The kids and I finally got to see it in person a few weeks ago. It was a complete disappointment. All the more reason to get on rides while most others are looking up at the fireworks. We were lucky to make an impromptu trip in September right before HEA ended. If only they’d bring it back even for a short time since the COVID shutdown made the show run time even shorter.
