Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges at Universal’s Islands of Adventure is now closed for refurbishment.
The Toon Lagoon-located ride officially closed today, 1st February, 2021. According to Inside Universal, Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges should reopen on the 20th February, 2021.
