Original Article: According to an email sent out by a third-party casting agency, Walt Disney World are looking for families to take part in a commercial shoot for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT in February.
The email appears to show a handful of “shoot dates” – 17th February, 18th February, 19th February, 2021.

Disney still hasn’t given an update on the opening date for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure – beyond “2021”. Sources have told Blog Mickey that the interior of the attraction is complete and has been for some time now.
