During the closing scene of a 2014 Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show, the hero car crashed into a horizontal beam. You can watch the crash happen in the video below:

FYI: Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show officially closed on the 2nd April, 2016. The stunt show was situated in the Streets of America* portion of Disney’s Hollywood Studios when it was open.
*Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge replaced the Streets of America portion of the park.
