Update: According to reader Stacie Evans, the attraction has now reopened. It has a wait time of 65 minutes, however, it wouldn’t surprise us if it went down again.
Original Post: The Haunted Mansion has closed once again at the Magic Kingdom with technical difficulties. According to the My Disney Experience app, the attraction is listed as “Temporarily Closed”.
Twitter user @IMBARef posted a video that appeared to show the maintenance bay door open in the attic scene as guests in Doom Buggies (ride vehicles) passed by.
It’s really sad to see an iconic attraction experience so many issues lately, hopefully Disney can rectify the issues soon. The attraction needs a good refurbishment in our opinion.
