Guest Experience Teams Coming to Epcot Later This Month

Implemented at Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the last set of Guest Experience Teams (GET) are coming to Epcot later this month.

GET’s will be located in Future World West and Future World East, and work as a mobile guests relations option for guests needing assistance with directions, FastPass+, Advance Dining Reservations and more.

Guests needing advice within World Showcase can make their way to the new Guest Relations office inside the building that houses the new ticketing windows next to the Disney Skyliiner station at International Gateway.
