Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park Refurbishment Extended

Blizzard Beach, one of two water parks at Walt Disney World Resort, closed for an extended refurbishment last September. The refurbishment was set to finish on the 13th January, but has now been extended past that date.

The refurbishment is now set to be completed by 18th January, with the ski resort themed water park reopening to guests on the 19th January, 2020. Typhoon Lagoon will then close for its annual refurbishment once Blizzard Beach reopens.
