Temporary Character Spot Location at Epcot Closing on 5th January

The Temporary Character Spot Location in Innoventions West at Epcot will be closing on the 5th January, 2020.

Listed below is where guests will be able to meet Characters starting on the above-mentioned date:

  • Mickey Mouse will greet guests in the queue area of the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival in the Imagination! Pavilion.
  • Minnie Mouse will greet guests in the World Showcase Gazebo.
  • Daisy will relocate to Future World East because of Minnie’s move.
  • Goofy will greet guests in the Main Entrance of Epcot – near Spaceship Earth to be precise.

Joy will be meeting guests in the Imagination! Pavilion, near Wreck-it Ralph in the ImageWorks area, which is presently under construction to install Joy’s new backdrop and greeting area.

Please be aware that the ImageWorks stations that are being demolished to house the new meet and greet will not come back following the completion of the expansion.

It also has been revealed that guests will not be able to meet Sadness and Baymax at this time.
