Earlier Park Opening for Disney’s Hollywood Studios Announced; Evening Extra Magic Hours Starts This Sunday

1: Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Hollywood Studios) is the park in question in case you couldn’t tell!

Again! Disney have applied another park¹ hours change on their website today which affects December 2019 park opening times and moves the change to evening Extra Magic Hours to this coming Sunday instead of the early 2020 start date.

Here’s everything you need to know!

December 2019

• 12^th, 13^th, 14^th, 15^th, 16^th, 17^th, 18^th, 19^th, 20^th, 21^st December, 2019
  • Hollywood Studios will open at 7:00am (Instead of 8:00am)
• 22^nd, 29^th December, 2019
  • Hollywood Studios will open at 8:00am (Instead of 9:00am)

Extra Magic Hours (EMH) have moved to evening on the listed dates below:

• 15^th December, 2019
  • EMH moved from 8:00am – 9:00am to 9:00pm – 11:00pm
• 22^nd December, 2019
  • EMH moved from 8:00am – 9:00am to 10:00pm to 12:00am
• 29^th December, 2019
  • EMH removed from schedule

Disney has yet to make an official announcement on whether Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (SW: ROTR) will be one of the evening EMH offerings. As of writing this article, SW: ROTR is not included in morning EMH.
