The mother of a 6-year-old boy has praised Walt Disney World (WDW) Cast Member with saving the day when they found his favourite new toy after being stolen at the Magic Kingdom.

Allison Davis took to Facebook on the 17th October, 2019, to praise the resort whilst sharing an incredible story about how one WDW went above and beyond to ensure that her 6-year-old son, Jacob had his favourite new toy back…

…With that being said, read the mother’s story, which has been shared over 1,500 times on the social media platform, in full below:

“We truly were given Disney Magic today. Back story the other day at Animal Kingdom Jacob decided to spend one of his gift cards on a green pterodactyl. He quickly fell in love with him and named him Ted. Well today he insisted on taking Ted to the Magic Kingdom. Well Ted was stolen while we were on a ride.

Later when we got back to the hotel I went to costumer service to ask was there a way to get another one without having to go back to Animal Kingdom.

The sweet girl asked the situation so I explained he was stolen and I would like to replace him. In conversation I mention Jacob named him Ted. She told me give her a few hours and she would have a new one in our room.

This CM went above and beyond for this little boy. She couldn’t have Jacob thinking people at Disney steal. So she had Ted go back to Animal Kingdom to get his friend Teddy and they went on an adventure all day.

She took pictures of these two pterodactyls throughout Animal Kingdom and then around our hotel and print them out. She also had a whole story written up explaining their adventure and where Ted had been all day.

To say this mommy cried was an understatement!!!!! This is why Disney can have all our money. I am forever grateful for the smile these CM put on my sons face!”
